Shipping Policy

Light for Life currently delivers to United Kingdom addresses. Our checkout accepts UK delivery addresses and shows the delivery charge before payment.

Delivery charges

Standard UK delivery costs £2.99. Delivery is free when the product subtotal is £49 or more. Any applicable delivery charge is displayed at checkout before you place your order.

Preparing and sending your order

We prepare paid orders for Evri delivery. We send the tracking information after postage has been purchased and the tracking reference has been verified. A tracking message may arrive while the parcel is still being prepared for Evri drop-off; it does not mean Evri has already received the parcel.

The product page gives a typical delivery estimate of 2–4 working days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. The time before handover can vary, and carrier delays can occur.

Delivery questions, delays or damage

If your order has not arrived as expected, or arrives damaged, email support@elario.co.uk with your order reference and a description of the issue. We will investigate the delivery and advise you of the next steps. Please keep the packaging and, where useful, photographs of any damage.
